VHM’s machine shop includes many modern CNC machines, such as lathes for turning, milling machines and several machining centres used for a wide array of operations.

Our CNC turning shop operates six turning lathes for machining work pieces up to a diameter of 930 mm and a maximum length of three meters. VHM operates, amongst other turning lathes, a TOS SK 120 and a PBR T450 SNC.

Our machine shop also includes several CNC machining centres for handling a diversity of industrial components. VHM operates, amongst other resources, an advanced horizontal machining centre, type MAZAK FH-6800, which is equipped with six pallets and more than 150 pieces of tooling. This machine enables VHM to work more efficient, to shorten lead times and to improve customer value.

For projects which involve larger pieces of work, VHM is equipped with milling machines, such as a ZAYER 30KMU 8000. The latest production building includes a floor type miller PAMA with a maximum capacity of 20000x2250x5000. This milling machine can handle pieces of work up to 65 Tonnes.

VHM is also a well known partner for drilling operations. Therefore it operates two KAO Mings and a KOLB KBGN 120 for performing deep hole drilling operations.
